VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template)

A standardized document describing how a product conforms to accessibility standards; the completed version is an ACR.

Buyers — especially government and enterprise — request a VPAT during procurement. You complete it per criterion (Supports / Partially Supports / Does Not Support / Not Applicable). The filled-in result is properly called an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR).
